alignment of handle bars off which the second salesman fixed. He also made the comment that it was a poor assembly. When showing the bike to me he knew very little about it . “ I “ had to show him the charge port, cause he didn’t know where it was. He also wasn’t aware of the seat post button which adjusted the seat height ?? Absolutely no instructions / education toward phone app or bike useage. I bought a large from your shop and a small from another shop. The other shop had to adjust brakes cause they were rubbing. . They also set up the phone registration and went thru all the features of the app as well as being very through on how to get the best out of the bike. There is No comparison between you two when it came to customer service / education. …. and there ya have it !?!?
Assembly was done well for the components and the team removed the rear rack for me so i could add my own. one issue was that the rear derailer was not quite adjusted correctly and while riding and shifting gears, the chain slipped past the lowest gear and stuck between the rear cog and the frame. so, not quite adjusted correctly to stop the rear derailer sufficiently, but overall a good assembly. Then, as with all new bikes, the rear derailer needed some other small adjustments to change gears more precisely.
Went in to investigate options for my son and left with a great Rad bike. Really nice array of low to mid-range electric bike options that don't break the bank. One-stop shop.
All good so far -smooth ride, everything is tight . Only adjustment thus far is seat height ( of course) ….very happy!
