Shipping policy

All orders for in-stock items are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Some items are not eligible for shipping. These items are marked as Local Only.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping for orders shipping to the USA. Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping.

Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days depending on shipping method selected by Electric Surf Co and the customer's proximity to our store in Austin, TX.

Local delivery

Some items may be eligible for local delivery for an additional fee. Local delivery options are limited to certain geographic areas. Any available local delivery options will be presented during checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up typically within 1 hour. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
