Shipping policy
Standard shipping (contiguous US)
- Orders under $75: $9.99
- Orders $75 and up: FREE
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
- $35 flat rate, available on orders up to $200. For larger orders, contact us for a quote.
Oversized items
Some large items have a flat oversized shipping rate per order, shown at checkout:
- eFoil boards: $200
- eFoil systems: $150
- eFoil batteries: $150
- JackRabbit e-bikes: $150
Oversized items ship to the contiguous US only. When an order includes an oversized item, the other items in that order ship free. For orders with multiple units of the same oversized item, we may contact you to confirm shipping before your order ships.
Processing Time
All orders for in-stock items are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local pickup & delivery only
Because of manufacturer dealer agreements, some products can’t be shipped. These are marked “Local pickup & delivery only” on the product page and are available for in-store pickup at our Austin store, or for local delivery within 25 miles of the store. If your cart includes one of these items, choose pickup or local delivery at checkout.
Free in-store pickup
Any order can be picked up for free at Electric Surf Co in Austin, TX. We’ll let you know when it’s ready.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available within 25 miles of the store; delivery options and any fee are shown at checkout.
Where we don’t ship
We currently don’t ship to US territories (other than Puerto Rico), APO/FPO military addresses, or outside the United States.
