My kid rides his bike HARD, and we are often in need of new parts and repairs. These guys make my kid feel cool, for one, but also go the extra mile chasing down warranties to save us money on repairs. I cannot recommend them highly enough
I recently blew a spoke, tried getting some information and a replacement from Aventon. Still haven't heard back. You don't keep them in stock and your service guy is on vacation for a week. I am riding with it removed and keeping an eye on the rest daily. I did some searching online chats about what size spoke and availability and sorta have an answer but would like to get it confirmed by Aventon...did I say it has been 3 days and no response. Anyway I really love my bike but the lack of service availability and a non-existent product support structure by Aventon makes this an easy rating
